Terms of Service

1. Provider
Visa-Enter provides paid advisory services relating to European Union work visas and consulting business formation. We are advisors and do not act as legal representatives before immigration authorities unless expressly engaged in writing.
2. Engagement
A binding engagement is formed upon confirmed payment of a service package. The scope of each package is described on the Services page.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide truthful and complete information. Visa-Enter is not liable for outcomes arising from inaccurate, delayed or omitted disclosures.
4. Fees & payment
Fees are quoted in EUR and are payable in advance. We accept card payments through PCI-compliant processors.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seat of our advisory practice. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
