Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all consulting services purchased from Visa-Enter through our website. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Cooling-off period
In accordance with EU consumer legislation, consumers based in the European Union are entitled to withdraw from a purchased service within 14 calendar days of the transaction, provided the service has not yet been fully performed. To exercise this right, send an unambiguous written statement to help@visa-enter.com.
3. Started or performed services
Where you have expressly requested that service delivery begin during the 14-day period, you agree to pay for the proportional value of services already rendered up to the date of withdrawal. Fully performed services are non-refundable.
4. Non-refundable items
Government fees, consular fees, translation and courier costs, and third-party disbursements are non-refundable once incurred on your behalf.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. We do not charge processing fees for refunds.
